Our partners have 30 years experience in the logging industry and buying and selling timber.  Let us know where your timber is located.  For The Quickest sale ask for a "Cash For Timber" direct sale.

Have 45 or more acres of timber? We can help!

We can arrange for sale and harvest of tracts of 20 or more acres.

We can manage your timber from the forest to the sawmill.  We connect buyers and sellers of timber.  Looking for timber?  Call us. If you have less than 45 acres, maybe you can contact your neighbors and join together for a joint harvest plan - we can arrange payment and a contract for each owner. Larger jobs bring you more money per board foot!

We consistently find the best price for your harvest and also facilitate the best purchase agreements. Studies have shown landowners often receive 50% more $ with assistance by a forester/broker.

Big news

New GPS Mapping systems and Satellite Imaging has revolutionized our industry. We can utilize these techniques to evaluate your forest resources prior to our boots-on-the-ground walk-through of your woodlots..

We recommend all hardwood timber stands be evaluated for damage by Emerald Ash Borers, Gypsy Moths, and other invasive insects and that you consider a harvest before your timber is ruined! In many areas of VA and WV the majority of ash trees have already died. Some infested and dying ash may still have some value if harvested quickly. "Blow-downs" are causing extensive timber losses because of recurring severe weather patterns. Most timber stands are not insured against weather and fire loss: Protect your long-term investment by timely harvesting.
